An Post is carefully monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).    A COVID-19 Response Team with representation from across the An Post Retail and Mails & Parcels businesses, and the Corporate centre convenes daily and provides regular updates to An Post management and staff.

Business Continuity Plans are in place and we are working closely with the HSE Expert team, the Health Threats Coordination Group and international postal organisations to ensure that our response is fully informed, appropriate and timely.

An Post Mails & Parcel collection and delivery services are working normally and as all Retail Services at Post Offices nationwide.    The advice from the World Health Organisation and other expert groups is that there is no threat of the virus being spread by the handling of mails or parcels

An Post will keep all customers informed as appropriate through this website and via Social Media channels
