Who do I contact if there is a problem with the Gift Card?

If you are having problems with your Gift Card you should contact the Customer Care Helpline Number (01) 8708111.

Is there a charge on the cards?

Yes there is a €2 fee charge.

Is there a minimum/maximum amount I can buy a Gift Card for?

Yes the min. is €15 and max. €250 they are available to the nearest euro in any denomination in between.

How long are they valid for?

12 months.

What happens if I lose it?

Contact the Customer Care Helpline Number (01) 8708111.

What stores can I get it for?

Do I have to use it all in one go or is there a balance remaining?

No the balance remains on the card until expiry date.

How do I check my balance on Gift Card?

Phone 1890 930 077 to check remaining balance.

Do I have to use it all in the same shop or can I use it in different outlets?

You don't have to use it all in the one shop you can use it in different outlets.
