We would like to make all PostPoint retailers aware that on various nights from 24th September to 23rd October there will be a system downtime on O2’s network which will impact O2 customer’s ability to top up.
This is an O2 issue and will only affect O2 customers trying to top up on specific nights. As such, the issue will have absolutely no impact on your ability to sell top up to the customer through your PostPoint systems.
O2 customers will not be able to top up during the following dates and times:
24th September 22:00 to 25th September 10:00
1st October 22:00 to 2nd October 10:00
8th October 22:00 to 9th October 10:00
15th October 22:00 to 16th October 10:00
22nd October 22:00 to 23rd October 10:00
