My Parcel Pickup is a new service offered by An Post and PostPoint where parcel recipients are offered a range of alternative collection points for their deliveries.

Convenient collection

In selected areas of the country, parcel customers will receive a call from their local Postperson asking if they would prefer for their parcel to be delivered to their home or another convenient location.

The recipient will be offered a number of options including a next door neighbour, the local Post Office or the local PostPoint store.

Collection from a PostPoint

The recipient can choose to collect their parcel from their local PostPoint store at a time convenient to them.

The great thing about collecting your parcel at a PostPoint store is that  many of our stores open in the evenings and at weekends, and some even open 24 hours per day.

Completely free for the recipient

This service is offered free of charge by An Post and is completely free to the customer.
